   Securing zoning and necessary permits.
   Assembling the right project team.
   Developing a comprehensive schedule and budget that sets a solid foundation for the project.
   
2. On-Site Project Management:
   Acting as your representative on-site, we make sure that every aspect of the project aligns with your specifications and quality standards.
3. Ongoing Oversight and Coordination:
   As the project moves from planning to execution, we shift focus to essential tasks such as:Scheduling contractors and coordinating team efforts.
   Processing payments and managing budgets.
   Overseeing change orders and maintaining clear communication to avoid delays or unexpected costs.
